Are You Using Keywords To Help Readers Find Your Book?

I read romance books and I use keywords to find stories that I like to read about. If an author is not using keywords to help a reader find their book, I think they should start doing so.

For example, if your hero is an FBI agent, use FBI or agent as a keyword.

Also include the genre as a keyword. If your book is a children's book enter that in the keyword area. Lots of tips on KDP.for keywords

I agree about the genre, because sometimes, when I look for a book, I look by genre as well.

I like to read interracial stories. If you write interracial stories, use the race as or abbreviations as keywords. Example: White man, black woman or wmbw.

Always go ham on keywords, they're like hashtags. The more you've got, the more you'll reach. Use your genres, topics, tropes, recurring items, recurring themes, recurring places, anything you can find to get on a list somewhere.
