Yes there is a way
go to your profile and on the section that says account & notifications scroll down and under privacy you'll see a section (tiny letters) saying Who Can Send Me Private Messages and choose anyone that allows anyone literally anyone to send you a PM

Okay! Update with my great aunt & uncle, they are both safe and sound in Washington Court House, and am getting a house a mile from my grandparents which is great news for me
