Oki so I checked out the folders and I wanna change a few things lmk if y'all wanna to:

1. there's a character list which I'm sure we have to work on. the character list is for approved OC only so we need to get ppl to comment on there to update the list

2. I'm thinking to open character adopting topics for those that are new to the group to get a OC.

3. imma put some character threads in archived for those who hasn't posted/active in group in the past 2-3 months

4. we gotta work on the halloween/fall event folder (delete comments make the topics blank)

5. i'm thinking since most dorms aren't been used we can put those in blanks too (ones with less then 20-30 comments) for future usage.

imma start with the dorms/events since its a lot of work

what do we think about a healing club + fae class?

1. Yeah, I updated the character list over a month ago but I probably missed a lot since it's hard to keep track lol

I was going to have my teacher Lucien also be the head of the Newspaper club, but now I lowkey want to make my science teacher's assistant the head of Newspaper club as well since she's from another group and worked for a newspaper company before there 😭

Now I thinking of removing some of my detention hall claims because I don't want too many teachers and might open them for collaboration instead, but I'm not sure.

for the mod app I have these questions but I'm still gonna add a few more lmk what y'all wanna add:

prefer name to be called- we will ONLY call you by this name unless you wish to be called else wise

pronounce- we wish to use the right pronounce for you, to avoid any problems

timezone- we'd hope to have mods from around the world to help with the group :D

when did you first joined our group- just curious...

how many comments do you have- note: if you have over 1k comments there's a higher chance of acceptance. but ANY amount of comments can apply

why would you like to join our staff team- 2-3 reasons please

how active are you usually- just an insight on how active you are

what would you bring to our community once you join- 2-3 sentences please

are you familiar with the rules and how to act as a mod- refer to rules topic if you aren't

are you ok with being removed from your position if your on a long term hiatus without notice- we need a group of active staffs, if you decide to go on a SHORT hiatus please post in absences topic. long term hiatus are allowed but we do wish to promote others to our team. usually you will receive a PM from a mod about your leave but try being as active as you can and give updates on your break

do you have any drama/beef with anyone in the group (if so PM a mod their name/s)- we wanna make sure your comfortable here as a mod and you wont take advantage of the power. If you lie and take the advantage of being a mod we will remove you

have you ever been kicked out of any group before (if so PM a mod about why)- likely cause we wanna know what you did to be removed, if it was inappropriate/rude/disrespectful.

have you ever been warned in our group- its yes or no, you get a PM from a mod if you have.... also we keep notes on who's banned/kicked/warned....
