I'm in, no to being a captain since it's my first time playing.

Hi! I am in. This will be my first time playing “pass the parcel” so I must say “no, thank you” to being a captain.
We are currently short two Captains if someone is willing to change their minds and take on a team for this round? (Not suggesting newbies to the challenge ;)(I haven't put Heather or Jane into the Captain list as yet, so they may change their minds :)
can I still join? I'm new here and this will be my 1st time playing this version ;)

How much does the captain have to do? I'm captain of Hunt with one month to go and might be captain in Bingo...I could do it depending on how much I would have to do....

I haven't played this particular challenge before but I think I understand well enough if an extra captain is still needed?

Hi Lisa - it is just keeping track of the selection and completion posts in reserved posts at the beginning of the thread. I track them otherwise - so it for me to double-check, in case I've missed something in my overall tracking sheet.
And to generally check that everyone checks in and selects their books (correctly) each week. If there's an issue, you would just let me know so that I can look into the matter :)

I am also a first timer but, I have been a team leader for the Big Bang Theory Challenge and have looked at the previous rounds posts, so if you are still short a captain I am willing to be one.

Ok. Seems similar to Bingo Captian. I can do it if you still need one.

Please go in and reserve some posts as needed for tracking etc...
I'm just waiting to see how many more members sign in and how many more Captains are needed :)

Thanks to the offer to Captain from Stacy & Jean!! It appears we will be right with the ones we have already allocated out. ...Unless we get a heap of sign ups over the next 10 hours ;)

There are a few common names, but hopefully you can work out which Heather, Kat, Jill or Vanessa you are ;) I've tried to put a differentiating feature next to your name if you aren't a name double-up with a Captain!
We have a heap of newbies this round *rubs hands*!! Please ask questions in the Q&A or in your team thread - there are plenty of 'old hands' to help out. And me of course :)

We all work off screen names. We don't know your real name unless you mention it in the threads or if you have it on your profile :)
Jane, I don't mind being a reserve just in case, I can't remember if you replace people with this challenge so no worries if not
