After being one of the very first to go the new version, all of sudden this morning I am back on the old! So damn frustrating!

yep, I suddenly went back to the old version last night. And I have become acclimated to the new version, so this is a real nuisance!

Since I have been leaving feedback, often basically the same ideas, each time they pop-up on a page, I thought I should report.I actually have noticed that they may have actually made some pages. I think there's less white space and less scrolling. Some sections have been made slightly more compact for this. The other editions book covers seem to be loading faster.
So, keep leaving your comments!
I guess I never really got used to the new one. The old one came back and I didn't notice, it just looked normal. I thought it was just on my tablet but I have it on the computer too. I plan to enjoy it as long as it lasts.
I'm grateful to be back to the old page - I *really* hated the new one. A perfect example of fixing what wasn't broken and breaking it in the process.
They are hopefully making a major overall, if everyone is back to the old page. However, don't get your hopes up. In another group I have a friend who works for Amazon, and the end product will for sure be what the new page looked like. There is hope that enough people finally got it through their thick skulls that groups like this depend on certain functions-
I wonder if the real question now isn't whether anyone is still on the new page. If there was some sort of bug in the program (and I'm thinking here about the way people were seemingly randomly switching back and forth), they may have decided to just take the new version off line until they sorted that out.
I, too have been switched back. Apparently the roll out was just an experiment. Staff on the Help site recently posted that the new book page was an "experiment".
"The new book page's rolling out is an experiment. If you don't see the new book page, it is not available to you at this time. Once the new book page is ready, we will roll this out to all members."

Exactly!
