Being in Librarians Group does not make one a Librarian but you can add a thread in Adding New Books & Editions giving information about book requested in pinned post How to request a book to be added to Goodreads.

You can't add books because you are not a Librarian but as I explained in previous post being a member of Librarians Group means you can request Librarian to add book.
