Elise kills Paxton and Lucy ends up killing Elise. Poetic justice?

It was perfect. And, I think Lucy placed that third head shot deliberately. She knew she needed to end this sociopath. If Elise had lived, she’d go on fooling people into believing her crap. She even had Paxton fooled. Her killing him was just what he deserved.

I couldn't believe it when he bought her innocent act hook, line and sinker.

That’s what everyone else seemed to see. She needed to die because she’d never stay in prison very long.

I was relieved when Lucy killed Elise. Elise could manipulate too many people into believing her lies. She needed to die.

I don’t normally take glee in seeing a character die but this was an exception. There are people who really deserve the death penalty because they would remain a serious threat to the world if they got out. Ted Bundy was one because he escaped from jail twice. Elise falls into this category.

I was ambivalent about Paxton, though. Even with his money he wasn’t ever going to get out of prison. But having the little tool he used to abduct Sean kill him? Justice.
