Growing up our family owned a lot of nature field guides. I would read them over and over. The topics vary. One of my favorites was the golden guide to reptiles and amphibians. I still have a lot of these old guides, but am gradually getting newer updated versions. Does anyone else read field guides for fun? And what are your favorites and who made them (peterson, audubon, etc.)?
