tsitp fans- what are your thoughts on the new TV series adaptation of the book series?

honestly i liked it more than the books — ive only read the first and halfway through the second, but so far im not enjoying them

I read the series a years ago and I honestly don't remember much besides the love triangle and that I had a lot of fun with it but I think the show does it justice! I really enjoyed it and it felt familiar...if that makes any sense haha I'm excited for season two! (I did not remember Conrad being THAT moody though and Jer is the personified version of a golden retriever lol)

i loved the books in middle school and i liked the show even better. i think it was the best book to movie adaptation i’ve seen. the characters are exactly how i imagined them!! a lot of people reading the books this summer probably don’t like them cause it’s an older book and meant more for younger girls :/

i didn't even bother to finish the tv series tbh
