JAMESON ALL THE WAY. Im sorry to all the Grayson lovers but from the first time he appeared I just didn't like him. Jameson gives her the treatment she deserves from the very start unlike Grayson. I know he had his reasons and Jameson sort of used her like a game but still. Jameson made her feel welcomed and him and Avery get along soo well together.

Jameson 100%. Grayson is still in love with emily and i think he loves avery too, but Jameson is like her best friend as well, i think he treats her better and wants her for who she is , and less because he likes the idea of her.

Personally I'm team xander, y'all can keep jameson and grayson. But out of the two of them I was definitely team grayson in the beginning but slowly became more team Jameson.

1000% Jameson!! I feel like his character matches soooo much better with Avery's, and Grayson was far too attached to Emily.

JAMESON. With Emily, the only reason she was with him was for the thrill. She knew that he was the type of person who would take risks and live in the moment and she only used him to have those moments. When he was with Avery, it wasn't just about having fun with him. Yes it was a big part, but she knew that there was more to him once he let her in.

2. Grayson not being over Emily was a little ERM to me. I would never be able to be with someone who is still obsessed with their ex, sorry not sorry.

I just finished the third and last book in the series and I am torn between the two. While Jameson and Grayson both have their perks, I’m completely neutral but sad it had to be a love triangle because just reading about how Grayson knew he couldn’t have Avery was just so sad for me.

I absolutely love Grayson. He felt so broken I just wanted a happy ending for him. Jameson also threw me off when he used Avery in the first book. That being said, as much as I love Grayson, Jameson changed so much in the second book when he realized that life wasn't all games. He and Avery make a perfect couple. They compliment each other so well. I just wish Grayson found someone and wasn't still hung up on Emily.

Honestly, I am so torn between Jameson and Grayson but I think I love Jameson more though. I won't be mad at a good Avery x Grayson scene thoughhhh.

I have only read the first two books because i am waiting for the third and final book but so far i am definitely Jameson. Grayson seemed to open up a sliver around Avery, that is true. but evidently, he still thinks of Emily often. He doesn't seem ready to fully commit to Avery like Jameson does. Jameson stated his love for Avery at the end of the second book. Him saying he loves her, saying she doesn't have to accept him or embrace it, means more than anything Grayson did.

Greyson mostly bc thats who I picked in book one and I'm too stubborn to change teams now. I also just think the way his character was written vs the way Jamesons character is written as love interests makes him the obvious choice even if he doesn't end up cannon. Personally, I like Greyson better as a character and a love interest too so there is also that.

Grayson all the way. The way that he is overprotective over Avery is what I want in a relationship. The way you can tell that he loves her and the way she thinks of him I think they would be perfect. (plus i want Jameson)

Team Grayson. I read the first 10 or so chapters, and I IMMEDIATELY fell in love with Grayson. To me, Jameson is just a flirtatious player and DOES NOT deserve Avery. Personally, I prefer the handsome, clever, serious guy who opens up with the girl and when he dates for love, it's with his WHOLE heart. But then again, I'm a stereotypical bookworm

I am Team Jameson. I have been on his team ever since he threw himself over her when she almost got shot in the first book! It seems like he really loves her and all his playful banter fits into the story so well and it feels kind of impossible to not love him.

Team Jameson!!! His banter and flirting with Avery is just superior to anything Grayson does. Grayson's character does a complete 180 after he finds out that Avery isn't a con woman. He still has no reason to like her but he acts like he has been in love with her forever. I don't see why. Also he is way too hung up on his ex. And while he is described as a caring and smart character, he is never smart or caring when he needs to be and when it matters. However, Jameson has just always been there even though he viewed her as a game and even though he can be cold sometimes, he has consistently been there. And who doesn't love the bad boy who turned good for his girl?!!

Duh. Avery needs someone who will follow her and help her through all of her riddles and of their adventures

I personally can’t choose! I’m barely starting the third book, but here is why I can’t truly pick a brother. Jameson is obviously very bright, funny, and flirtatious, but I also can’t help but feel like his attraction might just be the thrill of games and mystery. Even though he said it wasn’t a game, there might be a little part of him that thinks it, plus he hasn’t really let Avery in much. The second he starts feeling emotion, he masks it, or uses a distraction, which isn’t heathy. Avery also mainly gravitates towards him when she needs to let go of something. Avery and Jameson might work just on pure attraction. Grayson, on the other hand, is obviously kind of stuck on Emily. I don’t know if he still loves her, but he obviously can’t get over what happened and still thinks it’s his fault. He’s not fully ready for a real relationship, so he distances himself, even though it’s pretty obvious he wants something with her but can’t bring himself to act on anything. Also Avery herself I think would’ve picked Grayson, if he had let her at the end of the second book. I feel like Avery and Grayson might work on love. Both guys are good in their own ways, but I also can’t pick one because they each have issues too. Lust vs. Love?

The story is set up so that Jameson and Avery will end up together. I was on team Grayson at first (because he's awesome and my favorite Hawthorne), but I knew it would never happen. I was disappointed with Grayson's arc because he desperately needs therapy and to heal, but we didn't get to see his happy ending in Final Gambit. He deserved so much better.
Aside from my Grayson spill, I became team Jameson in the second book. The way his and Avery's dynamic was set, there was never a doubt Jameson would be end game. He was just perfect for Avery and she was perfect for him.

Team Jameson for Avery, but in general Team Xander. Seriously people, how can you like any of the brothers better than Xander?

Grayson! Jameson is just a thrill seeker looking to ride highs with Avery, while Grayson made attempts to actually care and protect her. Of course he still brings up Emily her death hits harder for him because he was so involved with her, that’s just how grief works. Plus Grayson’s and Avery’s chemistry is unmatched anytime he’s teaching things she’s never done before.

I’m team Jameson. I love Grayson but I feel like he’s not emotionally available for Avery because of Emily. Whenever Grayson and Avery are together there’s not much chemistry in my opinion, unlike Jameson and Avery.

This is a hard question but honestly I feel like their fighting over her like they did for Emily, I think that Jameson is willing to do anything for Avery because he loves her, but Grayson is sooooooo emotionaly attached to Emily so I feel like he also deserves Avery because he would do anything to protect her so idk

Team Grayson all the way! For me, Jameson always passed the idea the he only likes Avery for the challenge, since she is the mistery of why she owns his grandpa's fortune.
