Darya Silman (geothepoet) Everything is in the title :) the novella will be 19-21k. I have the raw first draft, a skeleton of an idea, and currently rewriting it, adding new scenes and descriptions, 'the flesh.' I view it as a puzzle with all pieces at my disposal; the question is how to organize them to reach the maximum psychological effect. It's dark and twisted, with scenes of sexual violence and one scene with sex with tuna (yep).

Synopsis:
For four years, Ray Dimitroff had refused to grieve over the death of his family. In his denial, he didn't notice that a young couple, closely resembling his late kids yet much older, moved into the adjacent house. He didn't notice the pamphlets around the neighborhood and crazy people who claimed that the Evil Educators hid the truth: there are four days in one.

Hello Darya! I'd love to work with you on your book. I've been a beta-reader and plot outliner for several years, and I completed my developmental editing training a little over three months ago. My rates are (super) affordable, and I provide holistic, constructive feedback on every draft I am privileged to work on.

A dark, time-travel psychological novella sounds right up my alley, and I'd be more than honored to assist you in this pre-publication phase. I don't have any triggers and I have a super quick turnaround time (and an even quicker response time!)

As a plot developer, I have ample experience building the skeletal framework of a novel, and I will help you with piecing together the plotline and finding a winning structure to present your story. Over the course of the project, I'll help you flesh out your characters–making them layered–and will beat the plotline until it attains a marketable form. I'll find weak spots in your manuscript, areas that can be further developed, and ferret out any inconsistencies that might affect readability.

The final deliverables will be a well-annotated manuscript; a questionnaire with more than 50 questions on every element of the manuscript (characterization, consistency, dialogue, pacing, structure, and the flow of the prose); and a manuscript assessment report with my detailed impressions and suggestions.

I really would love to work with you! I'm open to multiple scheduled consultation sessions (where we brainstorm ideas), and weekly progress meetings. You can message me here (my account is open) or send an email to preyeiwo@gmail.com and I'll get back to you immediately. Please let me know if you have any questions about my services. I can't wait to hear from you!

Let's talk soon,
— Preye

Sounds interesting. I could probably do this. I'm great with intricate plots and character development. This sounds fun.
