She blinked at him. "Why not?" She countered.

"I'm not exactly the easiest person to get along with." He said.
"Or at least that's what the others thought." He muttered.
"The.. others..?" She asked looking up at him.
"Previous relationships." He said dismissively. "особенно Джеймс." He murmured in russian.
"Кто является Джеймс..?" She asked him, then thought for a moment. "Джеймс.. That means.. James.. right?" She asked wondering if she said it right.
She shrugged. "Sounds like its James.."
He nodded. "James was, particularly annoying." He said irate.
She blinked up at him. "Sounds like it was Dzheyms fault not yours then.."
"Well he's the one who cheated not me." He said.
She frowned. "Джеймс был тупица, то.."
"So we're most of the men I've dated." He said sighing and flicking the cigarette to the ground.
She pouts. "Well you deserve some one better!" She said. "A guy who treats you right and loves you to the end of time." She smiles softly. It was nice to think of such things for once.
"If only he existed." He said with a small smile.
Hinoko Smiled wider. "I bet he does!" She exclaimed. "Even now.. He's probably out there.. just waiting for the perfect man to come in his life and treat him with kindness and respect.. And probably also.. killing alot of zombies." She smiled dreamily.
He chuckled. "Well maybe for you he is but I've already met the person I wanted to spend my life with and I did date him for about a year but sadly he died." He said looking down. "So I don't think I'll ever meet someone like him again."
Hinoko's smiled faltered and dissapeared, She touched his hand. "Oh.. I'm sorry.." She practically whispered, wishing she hadn't brought it up.
"It's fine." He said sighing. "It's fine, I should've moved on anyways, it's stupid to cling onto the past anyways, right?"
Hinoko frowned and shook her head. "No its not.. Not if it was a good one.."
"He was the one I wanted to marry, to spend the rest of my life with." He told her. "I still have a picture of him." He said with a small chuckle as he took it out and showed it to her.

Hinoko chcukled. "You have matching beards!!"
"I suppose so." He said looking at the photo. "What about you? How's your love life been?" He asked.
Hinoko smiled awkwardly at the ground. "Nonexistant.." She said honestly. "I've never even kissed anybody." She smiled at him and shrugged as if it didn't bother her.
"Well, I'm quite surprised by that, you're an attractive women I can see no reason why anyone wouldn't want to go out with you." He stated.
Hinoko blushed. "I can think of three.. at least. 1) I'm Japanese.. everybody does pretty much what they're supposed to.. and the rules are really strict.. 2) I'm a pretty strange person. and 3) My dad's in the Dainipponteikoku Rikugun.. remember? Therefore it was pretty much predetermined that me and my virtue were supposed to die together."
"Well that's one good thing about the apocolpse, social barriers and standards have broken down, which can be good and bad I suppose." He said.
Hinoko looked at him with a raised eyebrow. She suddenly doubled over in laughter.
"I don't know why, but somehow I expected you to do that."
Hinoko chuckled and wiped the tears of laughter that had formed in her eyes.
"Alright what was so funny?" He asked.
She smiled at him. "I just told you I'm going to die a virgin and your response was 'Good thing its the apocalypse and everyone has lowered their standards.'!" She started laughing again.
"No exactly what I meant." He said looking at her. "But it coukd be taken as that."
Hinoko chuckled. "I know what you meant.." She smiled at him.
He rolled his eyes but laughed a bit.
He sighed and looked at the photo before continuing to walk.
Hinoko held his hand with a small smile in hopes of comforting him.
"Well i have you." He said smiling.
Hinoko blushed slightly. "Aww, you're sweet.." She smiled.
Hinoko looked up at him. "Any time.."
He looked down and kept walking.
After wwalking for a while longer in silence she spoke up. "Any clue where we're going?" She asked him.
"Yes i actually do, it just takes awhile." he said.
"How are you feeling?" He asked.
Hinoko smiled. "I'm fine." she lied, her wrist was still killing her.
"You sure?" He asked concerned.
Hinoko bit her lip and looked down, not answering.
"Sorry about being down I just miss him." He said sighing and lighting a cigarette."
