We can move quotes to the right author if you let us know the author.

Page number shouldn't be added to quotes. Quotes are not linked to a specific edition and number of pages can vary between editions.

The correct book for those quotes is "Double Identity: The Chinese in Modern Thailand" by Richard J. Coughlin. As you can see I already added the quotes there. You can just delete them from "Colonial Policy And Practice" by J.S. Furnivall, and that would resolve it. Thanks :)
