This was a complicated operation in a country with a myriad of challenges. How did the team do in carrying out their mission? How did Decker do as a team leader? Tess as a field agent? Nash as a team player?

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments Mission accomplished. Decker stumbled a bit when it came to Sofia. He didn't believe her story about her husband being killed by Bashir, but I can understand not believing her at the time. Tess did her job exactly the way she was supposed to. And, I thought Nash ended up being a good team player. He didn't give Paoletti any reason to wish he hadn't hired him.

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 1811 comments The team worked well together and the mission was a success due to their skills and their loyalty to one another.

Nash showed that he was trustworthy and able to work well with others. I actually never doubted that he would. Deck is an excellent judge of character (except when it comes to Sofia) and knew Nash would not let him down.

I liked that in a short period of time these operatives bonded as a team and did their jobs. Decker commands respect just walking into a room and he was viewed by them as a leader. He made the right calls, except that lapse with Sophia. Tess more than proved herself as an agent under the most extreme circumstances. And Nash? He proved he was a professional that worked well with a team.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2973 comments They all performed under pressure and with some hitches, carried off their mission. Decker is a great team leader with only his lapse of judgement regarding Sofia. Tess was an awesome rookie field operative, very good instincts and quick thinking. She probably saved Murphy's life. Nash showed he was a great team player.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3484 comments I love how quickly they all found their place in the team and performed as one unit. Each team member has a needed skill for the type of missions they take, but anyone can step in to cover. They all have that "spidey" sense when danger is ahead.

Tess is my favorite character, with Sophia a close second. The women shine in this story, and they save the day.
