Hello Books & Brunch!!! I just wanted to let everyone know that we now have a discussion to where you can leave reviews about the books you have read! All genres are welcome! I'm excited to see all the different reviews that will be posted and this will be a wonderful way to branch out and let others read some new books!

This is my review for Reminders of Him. - Out of 5 stars: 5 stars ⭐

Kenna is not perfect by any means and no one is. Kenna had made one bad choice and she has served her sentence because of manslaughter. Kenna and Scotty were out at the lake having fun and once they got behind the wheel that’s when things turned south. Kenna had tried to get help but when your out on the country roads and hardly anyone drives on the roads it’s hard to find help. Kenna loved Scotty very much and she tried to get him out of the car... but all she remembers since she had alcohol was the next morning she was sentenced to 5 years in prison. Well little did she know that she was pregnant. She had no choice but to give birth and have someone else watch her while she was in prison. The day of her hearing that’s when the judge told her everything and prison is not where you want to be. But he hardest part is once you come out reuniting with her daughter and trying to become back in her life.. How does this work? Read the book to find out?!
Kenna is now out of prison and she has to start completely over. Even though Scotty is dead she still writes him letters and still to this day 5 years ago she misses him tremendously. But what happens one night when she walks into a bar and she finds attraction to another guy named Ledger. She just got out of prison and shouldn’t be looking for a relationship, she should be focusing on the things she needs to do to make money so she can get herself back on track. But with her previous record it’s very hard to find a job that will hire you with that. But from here on out Kenna is trying her best to reunite with her daughter and try to make her life worth living. Throughout the whole story she has no family or friends to help her through this rough time. She has tried everything she can in this small town, but when Ledger finds out who she really is... He is upset because Scotty and Ledger were best friends. This all happened 5 years ago but maybe he will have an attraction to her and he will help her reunite with her daughter. I mean Ledger is the biological father of her daughter Diem now. Scotty’s parents have been taking care of Diem all this time and Ledger feels bad for Kenna because he knows that Grace and Patrick will not forgive Kenna because of what she did. But how can Ledger have a relationship with her and see Diem if they don’t all sit down and have a conversation. Ledger now knows everything that happened and he forgives her and is willing to do whatever it takes to help her. What will it take for Grace and Patrick to forgive Kenna? Read the book to find out!
Kenna and Ledgers relationship is hands down the perfect and he knows that he shouldn’t be helping her but he can’t just throw away the relationship he is attracted to, and he cant just give up. He will do anything he can to see if there is even an ounce of forgiveness.

@amy yes I read a lot of romances!!!
@yeehawwrodeoromance is not normally my go to genre, but i did read colleen hoovers It Ends With Us and i am currently reading The Love Hypothesis. So i guess i'll see how much i like them.
@amy those are both good books as well! I’m about to read it ends with us here soon and I have been mainly looking at thrillers but romance as well!
