Realistic Utopia

As the progressive forces are losing ground in a number of fronts, we have to think realistically. How a minimum of success can be found by feminism?
Without Emma Watson right now we are like a headless chicken. We have the numbers but we no longer have a Leader, How to solve this crisis?

Hi! I'm tempted to answer by a question. Do we need leaders whenever we have guidelines? Can't we still change ourselves and influence our relatives, friends and colleagues?
To be honest, I haven't come in the forum for more than a year and I did stuff on my own regarding cause I feel great such as environment. I did not influenced thousands of people, I raised awareness of a few people and they are then doing the same. Feminism may follow the same process. It takes more time but it can work that way too.
