Is Six of Crows graphic with the violence in it? Also, with the romance I have heard between the characters, is it a big part of the book? Or more of a passing thought?

yeah, the violence is pretty graphic, and some of the characters have some really tragic backstories that are described in detail. I do think it's pretty skippable tho. But the romance isn't a big part of the book at all. It's definitely in the background, and the main plot is the focus. Hope this helps! :)
