Yes we wouldn't count a blank page right at the end.

I've used the Turkish description on Amazon.

Book descriptions are always meant to be in the language the book is written in. If you have a book with the description in the wrong language it is usually better to make your request in the Book Issues folder, as page count requests are quite often done by new librarians or librarians without much spare time & your request may be skipped over.

Please allow at least 20 minutes for the changes to display, much longer if you are using the app.
