I'm sure there will be some charges against them for stealing vehicles and kidnapping the guys. The fact that Sean is willing to testify that they were manipulated into helping and that one of the guys actually helped him escape, would most likely help them get a lighter sentence.
I believe that they will get probation with community service. I'm sure there were many threats to get them to comply with Juarez's schemes. I don't think they are criminal delinquents and will learn from these decisions.
I’m also thinking they’ll get probation and community service. I also believed they’ve learned the lesson of a lifetime. Juan and Peter were always good kids but Michael was going in the wrong direction. Hopefully this experience will redirect his head.
I think that Sean's testimony will help them get out of what could have been a horrible situation. I really believe they had no idea what was going to actually happen or how very dangerous it was going to be. Gomez didn't even realize how dangerous it really was.
I don’t think even Gomez knew what he’d signed up for. Certainly not raping his girlfriend and kidnapping his son.
