I wasted so much of yesterday looking for that cover with fire (I'm even wondering if that is wrong)...might have to try and get one of my kids to browse the planned buddy reads to try a fresh pair of eyes...
How is everyone's reading going? We seem to have stalled a little after a great start.

I feel you. I am slowly clawing out from a reading slump. It is summer in my part of the world, and I think that has been a part of my slump. I've just been enjoying my summer vacation from work doing nothing.

Hi guys! My reading is so on point actually, I just don't go on goodreads so often to update, I make voice memos of my reviews tho so I'm planning on posting all reviews around 26th or something depends on when I finish the stack at hand, I'm reading 4 books together! Percy Jackson 1st book, vicious, hook,line and sinker, and confess O_o

Sounds good! As a mod, I do want to point out that we prefer that you post your reviews during the month so we don't have to deal with a big review dump, but it's alright as long as it's not too many.

Hi guys I am having such a tough time, I really want to help you guys and raise the score and I don't know maybe win? but this is only the second month that I have actually gotten reading done this year because of a horrible reading slump, so I'm really excited about all the reading I'm doing, and not so excited about writing reviews, I just wrote three and when I finished, I went to update how many pages I read last night and then I realized that I have nine more books to review and then 12 more, and I really hope I get to review them before the scores are counted at the end of the month, but if I don't please don't hold it against me be happy for me that I'm reading again (´∩｡• ᵕ •｡∩`)

Damn so many Bayan! Glad you're back to reading and enjoying it so much :) You can write really short reviews if you want, just a few lines about what happened and what you thought of it and we'll count it! Might save some time :) And like Karen said, don't be too hard on yourself!

Thanks both of you! Karen, we decided to move because my depre**ion wasn't getting any better and my kids saw all my books that i had put away and they're so little so they asked me if they could play with them and my husband said no and told them i will read for them if they wanted, and they insisted for DAYS until i read a children's book to them and just couldn't stop i picked up like i didnt ever stop reading. Sorry for rambling.

Bayan, it’s lovely to hear the steps you’ve already taken there. Ramblings like this are well and truly fine! I still get to do bedtime stories with my youngest (now 11, so know it’s limited) but still talk books with them all.

Yeah scores are really close!! We've been having some bad rolls, but I rolled +30 points this time so that helps a bit :)
