Multiple aliases of a same author

But the name it's most known is some Russian/cyrillic alphabet that I can't use.
And there are at least 3 latin type names equally used, so I can't apply this criteria to "V.I. Kryzhanovskaya".
I really think a list of aliases (or pseudonyms, or whatever) attached to an author's profile would solve this issue.
The profile would have the full name and the database could rank the aliases according to the number of books link to each alias.
Author profile
Full name: Vera Ivanovna Kryzhanovskaia Semenöva
Bio details: birth date, local, literary genre, etc...
Alias 1: V.I. Kryzhanovskaya
Shelved as: Kryzhanovskaya, V.I.
Alias 2: Wera Krijanowskaia
Shelved as: Krijanowskaia, Wera
Alias 3: Wera Krijanowski
Shelved as: Krijanowski, Wera

Policy is the most common Roman/English version (for an author published in multiple languages): https://help.goodreads.com/s/article/...
The author page V.I. Kryzhanovskaya has a photo and bio, which often indicates that that is the primary version of that author.
I've added a link to that profile on the profile of Wera Krijanowskaia , and added V.I. Kryzhanovskaya as primary author for the books where that had not yet been done.
I even have 2 books with another version of the author's name: "Wera Krijanowski")
These should have V.I. Kryzhanovskaya as primary author and Wera Krijanowski as secondary author.
The established practice is for the primary author to include a biography (and picture when possible), and for all variant profiles of that author to include a link to the main profile, and a Librarian Note (visible on the combine page).
If you want to suggest a better system for authors with multiple versions of their name, you'll have to contact GR Support: https://www.goodreads.com/about/conta...

I'll make my suggestion on GR Support !!!
When i said:
I even have 2 books with another version of the author's name: "Wera Krijanowski"
I meant, I physically own those 2 books showing that version of the name on the cover.
Authors mentioned in this topic
V.I. Kryzhanovskaya (other topics)Wera Krijanowskaia (other topics)
The issue is: Russian author "V.I. Kryzhanovskaya" is also known as "Wera Krijanowskaia" because the original name is Russian and has no conventional spelling. Both author profiles exist in Goodreads but it's the same person.
(Adding to the confusion, I even have 2 books with another version of the author's name: "Wera Krijanowski")
If the author profile had an "aka" list (or pseudonym list) it would help.
And when editing a book, one could say:
This edition shows -> this alias of -> this author.
This way it would be possible to place the book with the correct author while keeping the author's name as shown on the cover of the book.
