Rê (renatasantoscosta) | 1 comments I'm a goodreads librarian, but I'm also working on and going to self-publish a graphic novel, and I was wondering if, once it's published, can I set up my author page and join the author program? Or does my account having librarian status prevents me from claiming it and it's necessary to create a separate account with another e-mail?
I've been using goodreads for a couple of years now, and I have accumulated quite the amount of books on my shelves (almost 5000), and, though I know I could export that data to the new account, the idea of having to add each book I read from then on to two accounts seems tiresome. Specially because there isn't a way to stay connected into two accounts at the same time, and I'd have to keep logging on and logging off all the time.

If you wish to keep the accounts separate, you will need to create a new one with another e-mail address.
