It's already part of the Becoming Beauty series.

However, it's not clear to me that Classical Kingdoms actually meets the Goodreads definition of a series. Do all the books have common characters (not just within the smaller subseries), or just a common theme of fairy tale re-tellings?

Ziore | 39 comments From the books I've read, it's all set within the same universe, with some characters and locations being shared in each book.

Edit: I'm confused. If it's already part of the smaller sub-series, does that mean it does not belong in the main series?

Just to be clear, you are saying that, for instance, Beauty's Bell has shared characters and locations in common with Silent Mermaid?

Not necessarily.

Yep.

While I don't know for sure if they are actually in Silent Mermaid since I haven't read it yet, but some of the characters and locations from Beauty's Bell appear in Neverland Falling (the Peter Pan retelling), and in turn the characters from that book discuss the events that happen in Cinders, Stars, and Glass Slippers (the Cinderella retelling).

So uh, since the characters from Beauty's Bell appear in other books in the series, doesn't that count?
