Add book to series

Hey there -

For some reason I can't seem to add Book 2 to the Salem Pack series. It's listed in my book catalog, but when I search to add it to the series it doesn't show up....

It should be book #2 in the Salem Pack

The book has been added to the system too recently to show up in a search without an ISBN/ASIN, so it can't be added to the series page yet. Please bump this thread in a few days.
