Tracy has her baby! How do you perceive things will change for her? Your thoughts about the babies name (Danielle) and her godparents (Faz & Vera)?

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments I love the past few epilogues. Danielle is the perfect name for the baby. She honors Dan, her ideal partner with her name, and Faz and Vera. I was teary.

I believe that Tracy may be a little more cautious when she returns to work. However, Tracy will continue to do whatever is necessary to get the bad guy. She is a good cop.

I'm a little disappointed that Nolasco is still around, although there wasn't anything blatantly sexist with Andrea. There isn't any proof that Nolasco knew Tracy was pregnant.

I loved that epilogue, too, and was so glad she named the baby after Dan and not Sarah. Too much baggage for that child. And Faz & Vera will be wonderful godparents.

Nolasco should have paid a price for not protecting his own detectives. Andrea’s allegiances were with the task force but his primary concern should have been his own people. Why he’s still around is a disappointment.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments I'm at the point that I don't think Nolasco will ever pay for the way he treats Tracy. No one acknowledges his mistakes ever.

Sadly, this feels like it’s going to mirror real life when it comes to Nolasco.

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments I was happy that the baby wasn't named Sarah, too. Danielle was a beautiful choice. And I loved that Faz & Vera are the godparents.

I listened to this audiobook and tend to miss stuff. Did Gonzalez actually state that Nolasco knew she was undercover?

Jonetta (ejaygirl) | 9285 comments Mod
Yes, he did. He helped orchestrate how it could be done.

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments I can see Nolasco paving the way to get her into the A-team. She had been slated for another team; but decided to go with the A-team after the Monique Rodgers murder. But would she answer to him in any way? Or would she be in contact with the DEA, giving them info about Little Jimmy? Even though Nolasco is a scumbag, I can't see him letting Gonzalez run wild over their murder investigation.

Nolasco is the chief of detectives. All sections report to him. Everything was coordinated through him.
