Nik Krasno | 19852 comments A lot of secrets await out there. We theorize what they are from down here. A telescope will likely help us reveal a few more until we actually manage to go places/galaxies

Jim Vuksic | 362 comments I stopped by my next-door neigbor's house to give her a piece of mail that had accidentally been placed in my mailbox. She asked if I had seen the pictures taken by the James Webb Telescope. I acknowledged that I had and was very impressed and looked forward to whatever the astrophysicists might learn from the images The neighbor spent the next few minutes explaining that the pictures proved beyond a doubt that there is a God and then began to explain that the Bible proves that the universe is only a bit over 6,000-years-old.

I thought it best not to counter with my personal opinion that the universe was billions of years old, along with other scientific data and related therories. Instead I informed her that I had some chores that could not wait so I had to leave.

Bottom line: Both my neighbor and I were very impressed by the pictures taken by the telescope.
