Hi Dario, I used Draft2Digital, used a price of $0, then wrote to Amazon after it was published there and asked them to match the price. Then, it was free everywhere (it was the first in the series and I did a month promo for it).

I have hired the social media publicist firm Lavidge. The jury is still out on whether that will be effective. The website has over 350 visits and I am selling books at 10.3 copies per month, mostly ebooks. COVID has limited my ability to do book signing events. I purchased 3 professional reviews that ranged from $2000 (12 views on Goodreads) to $60 (60 views on Facebook). My website lists all the reviews I have received, mostly 4 or 5 star rated. Memoirs are not the most popular genre, but my purpose was to provide a first hand account of the 20th century. Only time will tell if my work will be a contribution to history.
Try Free-Ebooks.net. Membership is basically free and you can then submit your ebook for publication, paying only a ridiculously low publishing fee (less than $10.00). Once your ebook is accepted and published online (in less than 3 days) on their site, then the other members can start downloading your ebook for free. Regular members can download up to five ebooks per month in PDF or Text format or, if a VIP member (extra enrolment fee), you can download an unlimited number of ebooks from their site in either PDF, Epub, Kindle or Text, As an author, you don't get paid but you are able to build up your name and reputation as an author as readers rate and review your ebook(s). I myself write purely as a hobby and not to make money and have found Free-Ebooks.net the perfect place for my stories.

AuthorHouse are a scam. I shudder to think how much money you flushed down the toilet with these people if they conned you into paying $2,000 for a review!
Self publishing is simple and you could have done so for under $1,500 (editing, cover, formatting).

What do you mean by share?
