Pl help me to correct my author name: J.S. Chahal

I am a new author on goodreads and I have inadvertently edited my name. I've received an email from goodreads that states that my name in various fields are not as per goodreads conventions.
Please correct it accordingly.

My First name is -- J.S.
My Last name is -- Chahal

please also correct my names in the sort by and Shelf fields as per goodreads convention and rules.
