SOLVED. Adult Thriller. Crashing the power grid. [s]

I can’t recall the name of book about a government contractor who was charged with reviewing the power grid. He used the information he gleaned as well as his access (supplied to make his review functional) to introduce malicious code into power companies’ software crashing their systems. As a part of the plot, the bad guys destroyed the 9 critical transformers crashing the power grid. This was only done in the US and it totally crashed the economy. A hero sorted it out eventually, but still a big disaster. It seems like it was like a book by Vince Flynn or Brad Thor. It’s driving me crazy and I just can’t recall the name of the book.
