Setting up a Goodreads Author Profile

Hi there, I'm wondering if anyone can help answer this question. I got asked by this author about claiming his Goodreads Author Profile. He's gone through the instructions posted on Goodreads and submitted his claim, providing all the information requested. He says he's submitted it about 4 or 5 days ago and is still waiting to hear back. He wants to know how long if he should keep waiting or if he needs to resubmit if he doesn't hear back or what he can do?

Goodreads Librarians can't answer that question. Since every profile has to be approved by GR Staff, I'm sure there is a delay, but we have no insight as to what the delay is.
