Help me find the title please

hey guys!! so i'm new to this, but i was wondering if you guys liked recall a book for me. i know the plot perfectly, and ive heard books LIKE it, but i've never heard anyone be able to tell me the title. i read it in like seventh grade so it's going to be more YA. here's what i remeber of it; SPOLIERS AHEAD. these group of four kids (two girls two guys) are best friends that live in a VERY small town. one of them from that group dies. so as they are working through the death of their best friend, one girl gets into art. and she finds out that someone got the dead girl pregnant, and instead of saying that she was pregnant she faked her death, and was living in a cabin saying that a guy in the friend group got her pregnant, except it was some creepy guy. if you have ANY idea of what the title could be PLEASE LMK!!
