Did any copies go out with the placeholder cover? This would include Advance Reader Copies, review copies, and so forth.
No they did not! ARC copies had no cover whatsoever :)
OK, thanks. I've removed the ACE notation from the correct edition, and I've merged the blue-cover duplicate so the ratings/reviews will move to the correct edition.
I originally created a placeholder cover for my novel that isn't published yet, which is the blue background and two chairs/umbrellas. I was hoping to wait until I had the actual cover to post on GR, but my friends had other ideas. That's okay! I've since uploaded my actual book cover for An Unexpected Paradise--the one with the large umbrella, ocean and the two people. Can you merge the editions together so only the new and real cover is showing when you search for the title? Both covers are showing as the kindle edition, and I want to delete the blue one entirely. Sorry if this was chaotic and all over the place! I apologize! Thank you for any help you could provide!
