World Cat (our preferred source for confirming page counts) doesn't have a page count for this one. Amazon (not the best for dead tree books) has this one at 230 pages. If you can assure me that this count doesn't include advertising material, an extract from another book or blank pages right at the end, I'll be happy to add it for you. :)

I have just looked at the book and after taking a careful look at it, the book does have some blank pages at the end. The number of pages without those is actually 225p.

There is no advertised material or an extract from another book.
