What were/are your initial thoughts while starting with this series?

Hii guys! What made you pick up this series? And what were some of your initial thoughts while starting with it?

The hype got to me. I actually did a poll first and it was the most voted series. Although I felt the heirs were bullies in the first book, the plot, the twins and obviously Orion had my interest. Now I want to re-read it lol

The title made me pick up the books because lately I've been obsessed with zodiac signs! And I couldn't resist when I came to know that there were gonna be all natural elements in it! Although initially I wasn't prepared for the turbulent journey that this series would take me on. But I thought that maybe Tory would be more stronger than Darcy. And I had this idea that maybe Darcy and Seth might end up together towards the end. lol. And I honestly didn't expect the heirs to be this challenging.

Actually, it was recommended to me by GR, and at that time (a year ago) I was really into the high-school-bully-romance trope and the blurb of the first book immediately snagged my interest. An academy with the theme of Zodiac signs along with elemental magic? I was like- Brig. It. On. But instead of reading it then & there, I added it to my want-to-read list cuz there were just....so many books in the series! Already 7 of the books had been released and I was a lazy ass (still am) to start a new series.

At one point, I was in a book slumber and I thought the book would help me with it (It really did), and here I am fangirling over it! Lol.

Same girl, same. I was so team Seth and Darcy despite what he did to her. Initially (please don't hate me) I really disliked the idea of Darcy & Lance and when they did get together? I was so angry and hurt and against their relationship up until the point where he takes the blame on himself, you know it guys. That right there melted my heart and since then I have been team Orion and Darcy through & through.

I just recently started reading again after taking some time off and focusing on being a mom but now that my kids are all in school, I decided to start back up. I had started reading The Witch Haven and I just was not liking it at all and decided to DNF it. So, I decided to look up some popular fantasy series and came across Zodiac Academy and was instantly intrigued, as I am very interested in astrology. I watched some spoiler free video reviews and become more intrigued because I just love everything fae, magic, vampires, wear wolves, or just any out of this world creature and so I decided to give it a shot. I’m on book one and only 50 pages in but I’m already sucked in and can tell I’m going to love this series.

All the hype, but also all the hate persuaded me to give this book a try. I didn't want to spoil myself anything so I just went into it blind, not knowing what it is about.
I originally thought it will be some type of "reverse harem" trope, (which I love 😏) but the way relationships are set up in this, is working pretty damn well.

Had read all of The Courts so the book store clerk said this was the set for. I have to say she was correct. I can’t stop reading! Love the characters. I have to say Lance has my heart. I’ve just finished 5 so at the moment my heart is broken for him and Darcy.

My friend introduced me and I’m a huge Harry Potter girl and I just got such a Chamber of Secrets vibe from the first ZA book and it hooked me

Well I was only hoping for bully romance😵‍💫😵‍💫 but this was more than that...it was full of dark academia vibes🤧🙌 if you love harry potter but with lots of spice. you gotta hug ZA 😂🫶 never thought this series could change my mind!!
