Regardless, these appear to be completed novel-length fanfic, which meet Goodreads criteria for inclusion. Why would they be deleted?
The fanfiction author wanted them deleted. Please advise if they need to reach out directly to request for them to be deleted.
While I get a chance, can I inquire what constitutes as a "full length" so I know for future reference? Thanks!

Yes, the author will need to use the Contact Us page.
Novel-length would be the equivalent of about 120-150 pages or longer. That's about 50,000-80,000 words.
I reached out to the fanfiction author and they said they had reached out twice already via Contact Us form and would like more guidance on what else could be done. If you can let me know what I should advise them or if there's a certain waiting time they need to take note of. Thanks again!

That is the only way to get in touch with Support. I would give them several days before writing again, as they are likely backlogged with requests right now.
It appears in the meantime the books have been deleted.
