Can anyone give me advice on how to find an agent? I've emailed a dozen of them and none replied. Should I just give up?

I'm mostly interested in pitching it to producers of television series or Hollywood.

Lynn, you said you are an agent. Of what genre are you involved in? I have two books published that are supernatural/mystery/romance about a witch coven and shapeshifters. I am trying to find better ways to get the word out about my books, especially with the third book on the way. ANy suggestions?
