I just finished a historical fiction. Wings of a Flying Tiger is a heroic tale where ordinary Chinese risked their own lives to rescue and to safeguard a downed American pilot. A publisher is willing to read the full manuscript (60,000 words) after I sent him the synopsis. I need help to proofread the story since English isn’t my native language. Hello Meagan,
I have a trilogy series that I have almost completed. The manuscript is a young adult fiction piece based on a young teen who is thrown into the reality of the manufactured world in which she lives. The reality of dysfunctional families, conspiracy and the consequences of attempts to solve conspiracies.
I am looking for my first beta-reader. I want someone to correct grammar, and help with syntax and diction issues. Also to be honest about where the book drags. Suggestions about how to change things for appropriate flow. Most of all person who doesn't just say, "this is a problem" but instead also suggests a solution.
