10,000 readers listed my novel "To-read". Now what?

As a reader (and author), I generally only add books that I really plan on reading, rather than have my shelf filled for books I've forgotten. I don't know if other readers are in that boat as well?
I migrate many of those books here: https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/1...

If someone wishes to purchase and then read an author's work they will. If they don't, they won't.
Due to the vast numbers of traditionally published and self-published authors, there are now quite possibly far more books available on a regular basis then there are serious avid readers.
My novel , THE THIRD DAUGHTER, has been listed by close to 10,000 readers on their "to-read" list. The needle has only moved up since the novel's release almost 3 years ago. The numbrs spiked last year when the novel was named Finalist (2nd place) in the Jewish Book Council Award--one of the most prestigious literary organizations in the country.
But I've seen no conversion from this group of readers into action, even as the novel received thousands of great ratings (4-5 stars) here on GoodReads--presumably by other readers.
How do I remind these 10,000 potential readers who've shown interest to act on their initial reaction?
