Ash Dominguez finds the remains of the Albright family who were missing for three years. However, they determine that the their youngest son, Ricky, isn’t among those remains. What did you think at that moment? As the story progressed, did you feel more optimistic or pessimistic about him still being alive?

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2973 comments I believed that somehow he got away. As they searched for him, I felt more sure that he got away.

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments I believed Ricky was alive. At the time, I wasn't sure how he escaped the same fate as his family. As soon as we read that he hid when the killers came to search the house, I figured he had got away and somehow survived.

I’m with both of you, feeling sure he was still alive. I grew even more optimistic about it as the story progressed, especially when I learned he’d been at the Young’s house earlier.

Melissa (melissasd) | 676 comments I felt like he was still alive. I thought that maybe he got home late and missed them.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3484 comments I agree with all of you. I thought that he was alive.
