117 We can't see your dashboard. And adding a note is not a useful way to make a request as notes are only seen when a librarian is already looking at the books. So providing a link to the book in a request is the best way. But I found the book and moved it to the other profile.

please note that you have default (1-space) author profile.
Therefore any books uploaded to Goodreads from various websites or by users will be assigned to your profile.
If you wish Goodreads Staff can move your profile to a non-default one, so you would not have this issue anymore.

The method GR uses to differentiate between authors with the same name is to insert extra spaces between the given name and the surname. The extra spaces do not show and have no consequence for the search function.
I added a space to your name, thus moving your book to a separate profile which you can claim here.
