I have 4.50 From Paddington with ISBN 0006157629. My copy has a diff cover so it needs an alternative ISBN edition, but

There's a Large Print edition with the cover of my paperback https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/7...

As far as I know this series of covers are all usual-size type. Should I make an alternative ISBN edition with the cover I have? Should the record and cover of the Large Print be changed?
