Tracy is investigating the hit and run, Del is trying to find those responsible for providing Allie the drugs that caused her overdose. Did you ever surmise the two cases would connect?

[Sharon]

Not at first but the more I thought about it I thought they could be loosely connected. We've read several books lately where there appears to be two or three separate stories that come together by the end. I was expecting the same here but I didn't know how it would happen.

[Robin]

I didn't see how these two mysteries could tie together.

[Sandra]

I didn't at first. But then, I wondered if they were going to end up being tied because otherwise there didn't seem to be much reason for including the hit and run in the story. It set up the entire scenario of the drug dealing.

[Jonetta]

I was slow to the party. Never saw it coming until it happened!

Not at the beginning but as the story progressed I figured that they had to overlap. None of the other stories had two storylines going on that weren't about the same issue. Again, I just didn't know how they fit together.
