SOLVED. MC murder by frying pan not a comedy

The book starts out with main girl on the couch with her boyfriend(not the main guy). The brother ( main guy MC member) of the boyfriend walks in on them and is mad. Then the next part I remember is the MC guy comes to her apartment because her son called him scared because of the lady that was watching him drunk and she with her boyfriend ( who is part of the rival MC club). Then he tells her he's taking his nephew to be safe. She can come or not. Then the last is the ex shows at her apartment and threatens her. She knows if she doesn't do something he will kill her. So when he tells her to cook him some food while his back is turned she hits him over the head with a frying pan and kills him. She then calls the brother,crying tells she needs his help.
This is not a new book. I read it a few years ago. I think it take place in a somewhat small city.
