SOLVED. Romance series about 4-5 sisters who are connected [s]

I read this entire series about 5 sisters (I think?) who are connected in a spiritual sort of way. The theme is similar to Whisper Falls by Toni Blake except with a bit more moderate magical spin.

I distinctly remember one of the sisters called Chloe or Hannah who is pursued by a police officer (his name is Josh or Joshua maybe?) and the sisters always get themselves into trouble. Has a small town feel and is set in America and;

The last book is about Eva/Eve who gets kidnapped and is rescued but she's damaged because the villain rapes her and screws with her head.

I'm sure the series has "Bay" as the title. Friday Harbor series by Lisa Kleypas comes close to the theme. One of the first book in the series is about the oldest sister who falls in love with Max (or a name starting with an "M") who is in security or works for an intelligence agency. Beating my head against the wall.

The sisters are psychic and in the last book Eva/Eve gets raped and gets taken to an isolated location. He mentally tortures her.

The sisters also make tea when they have discussions and can light the stove with "magic"

The sisters are sassy and feisty.

I read the series 2-3 years ago.
