Tami (tamicarvallo) | 6987 comments This came up on another thread a while ago and since I haven't been able to get clarification yet and I couldn't find it in the librarian manual. I'm asking here. It's about Alternate POVs, for example, we have one book, and we have another book which follows the storyline of that one book but from an alternate POV (another character's point-of-view). My understanding is that these books shouldn't be combined as they have different content. Is this correct?

Sandra | 31511 comments I actually have a series of books on my shelves, that is an alternate POV.

None of them are combined as there is different content, not just a character telling/thinking something else, but actually physically doing things not alluded to in the first book.

Not sure if this helps or not.

Yes, I've never seen them combined personally. It's almost virtually impossible the content would be exactly the same, as a different character they would be doing different things in the story. Thanks for replying Sandra.
