Merging American editions and adding book info

The novel Svenska kulter by Anders Fager is getting its first English-language release from Valancourt Books later this year, but the two book pages for the American editions are separate from the main book page. Could somebody please merge them?

Swedish Cults Valancourt's hardcover edition
Swedish Cults Valancourt's paperback edition

Furthermore, there are several issues with the paperback edition (ISBN 9781954321571). Could somebody please add Valancourt Books as the publisher, 232 pages as the page count, and remove "Valancourt International" from the title?
