Are you an author in need of reviews? Click here!
Seeking reviews by readers who prefer thought-provoking nonfiction/memoir/spiritual/religion categories. An Angel, a Book, and a Secret is the true story of my spiritual journey, a quest that began when I stepped away from blind faith to confront unresolved questions at the core of my Roman Catholic beliefs. I traveled a winding path, resigned myself to atheism, and at a critical moment called on the God in whom I no longer believed. The result was an encounter that made both God and spiritual reality comprehensible. Available in paperback and eBook on both B&N and Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CL2VPQ4Y/

I'll post my reviews on IG and goodreads and even do unboxings in IG and Tiktok
Is anyone out there has a possibility of sending physical copies please reach me out via :

I hope you’ll consider reviewing my latest novel, and winner of the Literary Titan Golden Book Award, “Yuri & the Pig” (87,000 words [282 pages] published by Wild Wolf Publishing on September 1, 2023), a work of fiction based on the current war in Ukraine. However, the countries involved are fictitious, too.
Some excerpts from editorial reviews:
“C W Lovatt's storytelling is masterful…” ~ Readers’ Favorite
“Lovatt's novel is a literary gem …” ~ A Look Inside
“A genuinely thought-provoking novel, it beckons readers to reflect on the intricate dance of life, growth, and self-discovery.” ~ Literary Titan
The following is the blurb:
“From the best-selling author of the Charlie Smithers adventures.
A farmer and his pig set off on an extraordinary quest across war-torn Eastern Europe.
Entangled in a savage war, the country of Xoraina is fighting for its very existence; but to Yuri, a simple peasant from a remote mountain village, it seems all but certain that the invading Zlaimperians must ultimately prevail. Not that it is of any consequence to him, of course. In Yuri’s view, every form of government is equally bad, so it makes very little difference who holds the reins of power. Indeed, throughout time, the only things that have ever really mattered are that the soil be tilled, the cows milked, and the pigs shipped to market, all in a timely fashion.
But when an exorbitant new tax threatens that philosophy, he sets off with his pig across the war-ravaged land to the Capital in order to fight the injustice. In the process, their journey becomes a road to a terrible enlightenment, causing Yuri to question his deeply seated beliefs. But only when he and his pig find themselves placed squarely in destiny’s path is there any hope of those questions finding answers.”

My name is Henry, and I am an author, a teacher, and a dungeon master. Some days I struggle to know which is most important.
I recently published my first book, the God of Make Believe, an epic fantasy murder mystery.
After the funeral for his best friend, Finley finds himself transported to a strange and unfinished world where statues move and ghosts see inside your head. But even this world has murders.
Given a sign that the recent spate of murders in the magical city of Oshroar is connected to his friend's death back on Earth, Finley sets forth to crack the case! His only partner in the case is a magical, ghostly flower that can detect when people tell the truth, which is a real problem for a liar like Finley.
As the hapless teenage detective works to solve the case, he starts to discover the secret his friend Huck hid at the heart of this world, the secret that might have killed him.

I'm a new author, so I'm eager to build connections and join communities.
Thanks!

I'm a huge fan of thrillers, survival narratives, and stories that emphasize family values. With these passions in mind, I set out to write a novel that blends all these elements.
The outcome of this endeavor is "The Long Night," the first book in a thrilling trilogy, which I released on Amazon last November.
"The Long Night" unfolds an intense tale of survival and resilience in the wake of a catastrophic cyberattack that cripples the United States. An electromagnetic pulse (EMP) attack brings the nation to a standstill, plunging the Winter family from Harbour Island, Florida, into an unexpected struggle to survive.
John Winter, an experienced ex-military officer, and his son, Jack, are 100 miles away from home when the crisis hits. Driven by the hope of reuniting with their loved ones, they embark on a perilous journey through a society in disarray. At the same time, John's wife, Emily, an esteemed electrical engineer, and their daughter, Sarah, face the challenge of surviving in a now darkened and chaotic world. Their bravery and wits become their primary tools in navigating this new, treacherous landscape.
I am currently seeking reviews and would greatly appreciate your support.
- If you have Kindle Unlimited, you can download the book at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CH4733ZY
- Alternatively, the ARC version is available FOR FREE at https://booksirens.com/book/MYYRH9C/T...
Thank you, and I hope you find the journey within its pages as captivating as I did while writing it!

The book is set in the fantasy world Lumos, filled with monsters and magic born from will. Adventurers are common place, a flashy bunch of dream chasers, that will take on quest commissions ranging from hunting monsters, to finding items, and even mundane tasks like rescuing a cat. Though often noble in heart, they won't work for free---for it is through making deals and exchanging rewards for services that client and adventurer acknowledge each other in fairness.
The slice of life elements focus on romance, food, and pets. For the romance aspect, I wanted to write about a couple being in a relationship, rather than just the typical process of falling in love. My books explore them trying to communicate and understand each other, moments of tender love and compassion, supporting each other through hardship, and overall accepting one another for who they are.
Food is something that can carry a lot of memories of the past with it, reminding us of simpler, happier times. It's also something that brings people together in the present. Dining together is a mundane yet profound act. Through doing so, we can share memories of the past with each other, helping us to understand one another and form bonds, even elevating the food itself. Food also gives us the strength to face tomorrow, paving the way for future generations, our ways of life passed down---our spirits kept alive in memory.
Then pets... they're our fluffy friends filled with big personality! They can be very simple, yet there is much we can learn about life from them.

It has romantic intrigue, personal tragedy, the trills and hazards of a dangerous sport, and intense courtroom drama surrounding two prominent families at war with each other.
I will send a copy to any serious person who will give me an honest review.

Here's the little Amazon blurb:
Johanna Amalia Nilsdotter Oman, a young Swedish immigrant, has found herself all alone in America and has come too far to turn back now. Her only option is to make her way across the country and then the two hundred miles up the mighty Columbia River to the settlement of Lyle where her father purchased a homestead with dreams of owning his own sawmill.

But first, as a mountain guide, he’s been hired to lead an immigrant man named Nils Oman into the foothills above the Columbia River. The $20 promise of payment is his ticket out of this life.
But God had a different plan. A plan of redemption. A plan of healing, and a path to love again.

I’m looking for reviews for my crime thriller, The Fifth Digit, due for release in mid-March. The story is set in Florida, a part of the world I’ve come to know. But in a fictitious setting with characters the good people of Florida wouldn’t want to have living anywhere near them.
If you’re interested in having a read, I can send you an ARC in digital format (unfortunately, no print copies are available at this time).
Thanks

The Galactic Island by Parish V Damone
THE GALACTIC ISLAND (TGI) is the fulfillment of a two decades long promise I made to my daughter Brittney during one of our visits in the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola. She was just 14 years old at the time and I was entering my third year of incarceration after being wrongfully convicted and sentenced to life in prison. I asked her, among other things, what kind of books she enjoyed reading and her answer surprised me. Not the part about fantasy being her favorite genre, but the part where she mentioned there weren't any characters who looked like her in the books she read... the year was 2004.
That same afternoon I promised my daughter I would write her an adventurous tale and that the main character on the cover of the book would look exactly like her. Little did I know that it would prove to be one of the most challenging things I would ever set out to do. The extent of my experience as a writer back then mostly involved essays and articles about the need for prison reform. When it came to writing fiction I had no idea where to begin. It took me nearly three months to read an average sized fantasy novel because I kept getting frustrated with trying to figure out all the weird names and terminology the author was using. It seemed beyond ridiculous that an adult would talk that way. For Brittney's sake, I immersed myself in all sorts of fanciful stories about wizards and flying serpents and elves and talking animals until one day, my desire to create a magical world tailored to my daughter's taste for adventure could no longer be contained. Thus, The Galactic Island was born.
TGI is no ordinary book of fantasy. It is a meticulously crafted ‘’treasure map'’ that was twenty years in the making; a unique tale the likes of which the world has never seen. The book features a hieroglyphic chart called the Key of Adwah—the only tool in the entire universe which can decipher the hidden messages within the story. There is also a list of secret clues buried in the text of TGI, clues that unravel a mystery so grand that there is now talk amongst my team of launching a global contest in search of readers who can crack the code and discover the real story the book actually tells. The winners of said contest will be given the option to claim their ''riches'' in one of two ways: gifts and prizes or providing the name of a main character in the next installment of the TGI series and receiving a percentage of the royalties from that particular book. As soon as the contest website becomes available, I will post the link right here so that everyone can join the quest to solve the mystery of TGI. In the meantime, read the synopsis on Amazon and then get ready for one helluva ride! (eBook edition of TGI will be available soon!

A little about myself: I am a 29-year-old practicing small animal veterinarian in Montana, recently moved from South Carolina. Writing has always been a dream of mine, mostly stemming from a desire to describe the world as I see it around me. My novel took me around 3 years to imagine, write, edit, and publish. I am very excited at how it is performing thus far, and I've already started my second novel.
I also love talking with people and I am fairly easy going. I'd love to connect with readers, authors, and reviewers. If you've made it this far, thanks for taking the time to read my post. I hope you consider reading "Whispering Winds of Appalachia", or even just starting up a conversation. Thanks! --John

I actually have a promotion I am running starting tomorrow where it will be free until the 11th
Thank you again for anyone willing to take an interest!

Have a wonderful day!

I've got a handful of reviews for "The Descendant: Shards Book One"
The Descendant: Shards Book One
The reviews did a better job summarizing the book then I did with the blurb. I've got another thread where I lament the fact that I can't write a blurb if my life depended on it.
So here are a couple reviews:
"A well crafted dark fantasy adventure, with well written characters and a plot that manages to keep you intrigued from start to finish. Very character-plot driven and with good dialogue, this is one certainly worth a read."
"This was a truly captivating dark fantasy. The author shows extreme prowess at character development and plot weaving. The existential questions and character complexity add quite a bit of depth. It most certainly kept me turning the pages."
I'm working hard on book 2, and will look for beta readers when I get through a rough draft (and several rounds of editing).
At any rate, book one is up on Kindle unlimited, and always appreciate reviews. If anyone wants to read it but doesn't have Kindle unlimited, drop me a friend/follower request. Also, if anybody wants to be a beta reader for book 2, do the same. That way I can just do a notification and everybody sees it. Got to love Goodreads!
Cheers,
Jason Gabriel

If you enjoy books by Helen Harper, Heather G. Harris and Kim Harrison, then you’ll love this riveting urban fantasy story with a touch of humour and romance.

Hello everyone,
My pen name is Eli Alemán. I am in need of ratings and reviews for my debut poetry collection 'Neon Lights and Plane Tickets'. It's sci-fi and dark fantasy themed. Recommended for a general adult audience due to depictions of violence and horror.
The collection consists of 72 poems where I cover a lot of topics.
From the Amazon description:
Neon Lights and Plane Tickets is a sci-fi-themed collection of poetic prose, featuring tales of cosmic horror and galactic urban legends. Explore lush and vibrant cities across the universe, the terrifying creatures they hide; as well as their inhabitants' adventures (or misadventures, as the case may be). Bright neon lights and illusions of technological advancement are fine distractions to keep their rotting societies hidden within their foundations-reflections on the intricacies of human nature.
Excerpt from a consumer review:
"The poetic verbiage is strewn together beautifully to not only enjoy the genre of sci-fi while also relating to different passages as they were individual satires or motifs to everyday situations. Some show the horrors of mankind while some display humans working to save another; from the increasing reliance on technology to consumerism, “Neon Lights and Plane Tickets” hits it all! It is so interesting to read about the sci-fi world and see how so much had changed and yet so much has remained the same but hidden within.
I would definitely recommend for all sci-fi or dystopian fans!"
Recently received a 5-star rating on Readers' Favorite.
Book is available on both paperback and Hardcover:
Barnes and Noble: https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/neon...
Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Neon-Lights-Pl...
Goodreads: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
On Barnes and Noble, the paperback version is in color, while the hardcover is greyscale. On amazon, both versions are greyscale.

I'm Stefaan and in need of some reviews for my mystery/thriller book The Canal Whisperer:
Amazon link: https://a.co/d/8OcvhvU
"The Canal Whisperer" is a captivating mystery set against the historic and picturesque backdrop of Brugge’s canals, where a series of enigmatic drownings stir fear and suspicion among the townspeople. At the center of the intrigue is Willem Van Aarden, a fisherman haunted by his ancestors' supposed witchcraft, who becomes the prime suspect in the investigation. The arrival of Inspector Gerard De Vries, along with the assistance of forensic scientist Helena De Baere, begins to peel back the layers of a deep-seated vendetta rooted in the city's ancient guilds. The discovery of an ornate locket by Eva Van Der Meer, which belonged to her grandmother, reveals connections to the guilds and suggests the murders are acts of retribution tied to long-held secrets. As Willem, De Vries, and Eva delve into Brugge's shadowy past, they uncover a tangled web of betrayal and hidden truths that challenges their perceptions of justice and history. Together, they must navigate the murky waters of conspiracy and family legacy to uncover the identity of the murderer, all while confronting the implications of their findings on their own lives and the community of Brugge.
I hope you enjoy the story!
Thanks in advance.

I have published a few works, and all are up for grabs. I have one series about the Horsemen of the Apocalypse - 3 published so far. "The Beginning of War", "Conquest of Gods", and "The Soul's Famine".
I have been sharing more of my second series "Life, Death, and Fire" which is more DnD / LoTR style fantasy. A farm boy is sent to war, finds that glory isn't really all it's cracked up to be, and ends up wearing the crown of monsters. Lots of leaps there, but I hope you read to find out how it all plays out. Various characters, subplots, and a growing list of challenges for Christoph to overcome.
If anyone wants to chat or needs info, you can contact me through goodreads or athaessly@gmail.com. I'd appreciate any reviews or chances to chat!

I admit that I do have some wonderful reviews on my two books, but stories/genres about horses are a very small niche and my reviews have unfortunately slowed to a crawl.
My "Mystery Horse Lovers Series" delves into the horrors of wild horse-roundups, the challenges of ranch life, breeding Quarter Horses and Thoroughbreds, and the sport of equestrian riding and training.
Please note: Book 2 has mild foul language (PG), and a sweet romance with no sexual content.
♥ Ideal for teens, young adults, and folks who are never too old to appreciate a delightful horse story. ♥

Would you like to read my upcoming novel POORRACOURT before anyone else? I have limited copies available for ARC team members. POORRACOURT is set to release on May 14, 2024.
POORRACOURT is a psychological thriller set in Nigeria's oil-rich city of Port Harcourt. It's full of unexpected turns.
Blurb:
In the quiet oil city of Port Harcourt, a group of cold-blooded killers wielding machine guns kidnaps an innocent teenage girl. Bloodthirsty gangsters seeking revenge, they underrate Jideofor, the clever, relentless former cop who swore an oath to rid society of evil. Yet acting according to plan, they blackmail him to assassinate the former MP under his protection. So rather than give in to blackmail, Jideofor, through might and sacrifice, races against the clock to save his daughter and the politician, no matter what. But beyond the confrontation and betrayal, another terrifying danger emerges. And it’s worse than anything imagined—an oil thief wants his family dead.

Synopsis:
Commander Ryoko Hyakutake earned it. Her new title, honor, and the respect of the Skyonian Imperial Military. But she'd throw her reputation away in an instant to bring back those she lost. Crippled with survivor's guilt, she, along with the rest of the military, search for the remains of a sacred sword across the war rotted ruins of Macloc to strike back against the god Xilmire and the Corruption: a curse that morphs Skyonians into malformed beasts.

Will she uncover the curse's secrets in time to save everyone? Will she save herself? Or will the Skyonian Imperial Military destroy itself?

Why I wrote this book: As an autistic person, I tend to create massive fantasy worlds that I wish I was a part of. Writing is the best way I can communicate with other people and share my ideas, which I do through writing characters and discussing issues that people need to be aware of. Most importantly, I write because I've just felt like I was born to tell stories. One of the things that separates this book from other books of the genre is that I combined a combination of both steampunk and heavy floral-based technology (think living, mobile tree platforms and sentient weaponry made out of vines that bind to the user's hand). I codenamed this style "greenpunk." Another thing that separates this is the relationship between the lead character and her adopted sister is done in such a positive light because their almost mother daughter relationship reminds me of me and my dad. But because I am autistic, sometimes it can be hard for me to say how I really feel about others. Their relationship is written as an homage to my relationship with my father, almost as a way of thanking him for everything he's done and how he encouraged me to pursue my talents, overcome fears of rejection, and to publish this book.

My debut novel, Iconoclast, could use some reviews.
A psychological sci-fi epic where a half-human, half-alien hybrid is expected to save the world.
Iconoclast is a mind-bending dive into the thoughts of a man-made monster as she navigates a world tearing itself apart.

I'll check out your books if you check out mine!

It is about a family man that has to cur a Faustian bargain to save his family, only to awaken in a fantasy version of ancient Scandinavia as a child. So instead of being tortured in hell, he has to survive his own IDEA of hell.
So if you want magic, proto-Vikings, monster shenanigans, and a main character desperately trying to stay sane...

Yes, sounds great! I'm seeking serious ARC Readers/Reviewers and looks like Goodreads is a good place to start.
An ARC for vol 1: Well Rounded Kids does not mean eating lots of cake (vol 1) Rise n Shine (386 pgs)
OurCareBooks are not your ordinary Children's Books. They are more Kids/Family/Animal Lovers Books and include tons of stories, fun quizzets, travels through the world's most amazing journeys in the Cultural chapters. OCB also include incredible recipes not found in children's books, such as royal Beet Pancakes. We don't want to be a spoiler because we want everyone to be in Oh Wow page-turner mode. In the case of OCB, the cover is only a tip of the iceberg of the thrills and adventures awaiting the readers.
