Please separate the book "D-dag 6. juni 1944" ISBN13: 9788721025847 from the book "Efter D-dag" ISBN13: 9788721029524. It is two different books.

Separated "Efter D-dag", confirmed the original title (Citizen Soldiers) on Worldcat.
Same for multiple Dutch editions "Van D-Day tot Berlijn", also translations of "Citizen Soldiers".

They are being combined with "Citizen Soldiers", but that combine hasn't gone through yet.
