Progress percent not showing for paper book

I added a book to my Currently Reading list today and logged my progress, i.e. the page I'm up to. Normally, although it's a page number for a paper book, there would also be a percentage, but this isn't showing like it is for others I've added previously, e.g. I'm on page 52. (10%)

Is this a new update, or a glitch?

If this is for the title The Lamplighters from your currently reading list, the percentage is missing because the book does not have a page count entered in the record.

Can you please confirm the ISBN of your physical copy and how many pages the book has?

The ISBN is 978-1529047356 and the page count is 358.

Ok you actually have a different version on your shelves.

This edition here is the one that has the ISBN you listed which has 358 pages so you'll want to switch to this one.

Just in case you don't know how to switch editions, here is how.

Go to the edition I linked above and right below the book details you'll see the 'My Activity' section. To the right of the words 'My Activity' you should see "Edit Paperback review · Review Paperback · Switch to Paperback". Click on "Switch to Paperback" and that will replace the book on your shelf with the correct version that has the page count.

Thanks. I have tried to find that section, but can't see it. The page is in the new beta format if that makes a difference?! If you could provide a screenshot that would be great.

I don't use the new Beta page, so I'm unsure how to switch it from that page.

You could go to the All Editions page (linked below) and look for the ISBN of your edition (it's the 9th one down when I look) and click the 'Switch to This Edition' button to the right off that edition.

Neither do I if I can help it!! :) I found the button that lets you change to the original format of the page and was then able to follow your directions to switch to the correct edition.

The progress percentage is now showing.
