They look different covers but not true. Red one is strip, that used for advertising. and it is removed.

In Red Label is written about this novel filmed by Clint Eastwood and acted by Kevin Spacey that have Oscar awards.

Look, in goodreads red strip is under, but below link (publisher site) strip stands different place.

Yes yes, it is removable. Think Starbucks' Glasses, and their Sleeves. It looks like sleeve, and it is used for advertisement.
